The Bowlingual: know what your dog is saying

Toymaker Takara Tomy has created a gadget called the Bowlingual. The company claims that the device can translate what your dog says into human language. You must be able to read Japanese though... "Jointly developed with an acoustics research laboratory and a veterinarian, the Bowlingual works wirelessly. Let the device catch noises made by your dog and it will analyze the “animal language” with a special algorithm before telling you on the LCD screen what was being “said”." so CruchGear tells us.

Really nice balance bikes

Do you know these damn ugly Balance Bikes that small kids have? My neighbour actually came up to me a while ago, bragging about having bought one for her son. I was open minded at first, but it turned out to be just another ugly item people tend to buy for their kids. Too bad... and WHY?

These ones are actually great! Kiddomoto knows what to design. Thanks for that! They can still work on designing a better website though, that might help increase their sales some more...

Am all ready to buy my upcoming niece one. Even though it will be a girl, she should have one of those... Right?

I doubt that this is as romantic as it looks like at first sight, but Amsterdam's airport has recently launched Schiphol Weddings. The website with innovative entepreneurial ideas, Springwise.com, brings us a more elaborate explanation...

"Whether a couple met on a flight to Bangkok or just wants to be able to go straight from ceremony to runway for their honeymoon, Schiphol offers travellers the opportunity to get married at the airport. Brides and grooms to be can pick from several packages."

A thing I'm going to be watching is the 'make your own marriagetrailer'. I'm curious how many couples are going to do this and how much creativity will spring from there...
